DHIS2 Level Up — a practical training for humanitarian and development professionals.
Five intensive days of hands-on practice on the DHIS2 platform used by the Ministry of Public Health and its partners across Cameroon. Delivered in official technical partnership with the Health Information Systems Unit (Cellule d'Information Sanitaire).
DHIS2 is everywhere in Cameroon's health system — but most users only scratch the surface.
DHIS2 is the official platform used by the Ministry of Public Health and its partners for the collection, management, analysis, visualization and use of health data in Cameroon. It supports routine health information management, programme monitoring, performance tracking and evidence-based decision-making across all levels of the health system.
Despite its widespread use across government institutions, UN agencies, international and national NGOs and development projects, many professionals have never received structured practical training on its analytical, reporting and visualization capabilities. As a result, users often limit themselves to basic functions and do not fully leverage the platform to support programme management and decision-making.
After a successful first cohort in 2026, Relief Lab is launching the second cohort of DHIS2 Level Up — this time in official technical partnership with the Information Systems Cell (ISC) of the Ministry of Public Health, the national structure responsible for the management and evolution of the DHIS2 platform in Cameroon.
